What can we handle day to day?
- Answer questions about size, condition, accessories and dispatch using the item information.
- Handle offers and bundle requests within your permissions.
- Update prices, descriptions and stock status as agreed.
- Record decisions that need your approval and follow through on the outcome.
Your quote confirms item volume, management period, response arrangements, language and handover method. Around-the-clock availability is not assumed.
How do pricing permissions work?
| Permission | What to agree |
|---|---|
| Listing price | The publishing price or price range for each item |
| Minimum sale price | Your minimum acceptable price, with shipping and platform deductions clarified separately |
| Offers | Permitted reductions by amount or percentage, and how bundles are handled |
| Scheduled adjustments | Conditions, frequency, notifications and the minimum authorised price |
| Exceptions | Who approves offers below the minimum, channel changes, refunds and cancellations |
An example of agreed authority
Example: an item may be negotiated within an agreed range. An offer within that range can be handled and recorded under your authority. An offer below the minimum goes back to you for a decision before acceptance.
This illustrates the approval process, not an actual quote or sales promise. Pricing advice does not guarantee a sale.
When do we need your input?
Stock changes, newly found defects, offers outside your authority, returns and disputes may need your input. Agree what happens while awaiting a reply, including whether orders are paused or held.
Common questions
Can you guarantee more views or a higher price?
No. Our service provides ongoing execution and records. The item, price, demand and channel conditions all affect results.
What happens to active listings when management ends?
Agree renewal, removal or a handover in advance. Open orders and associated follow-up need a separate handover.
Do I need to report stock changes?
Tell us promptly if an item sells elsewhere, is collected or becomes damaged. Listings must reflect stock actually available for sale.
Need help managing buyer enquiries?
Tell us how many items are live and which decisions you want to delegate.
