Where does listing-only service end?
Listing-only work ends when agreed publishing is complete and links and records are delivered. If the scope is content preparation only, acceptance of the content package is the endpoint; it is not recorded as successful publishing.
Sales management continues for the agreed period. Follow-up covers the agreed orders and start and end points. If orders remain open at the end, agree whether we continue or hand them back to you.
Connect every item to its orders
A service record connects the client, account option and quote. Item references connect listings, stock and authorised prices. Order references connect items, sale amounts, shipping, aftercare and follow-up fees.
Agree how records are delivered and updated before work starts. Each handover identifies the current status, open actions and any input needed from you.
Before you start
Does publishing start immediately after payment?
The start depends on complete information, the account execution method, service confirmation and scheduling. Publishing is arranged once the work is ready to proceed; no fixed turnaround is assumed.
Can I add items or orders during the service?
Yes, subject to reviewing the additional workload, account and stock conditions. We confirm the extra quote before adding the work to the records.
What if I decide to stop?
Completed, ongoing and unstarted work are accounted for separately. Cancellation terms, incurred charges and content handover are defined in the service agreement.
