Packing and repacking can be purchased on their own. Keep control of your own sales and ask us only to pack clothing, shoes or accessories, or replace unsuitable parcel packaging before dispatch. Handling and materials are quoted separately from shipping.

Work that needs a separate agreement
Physical intake, photography, checks, measurements, storage, packing and shipping are not included in every listing job. Your quote identifies what is included, who handles it and how it is charged.
VT Studio can help prepare item information. We review existing materials and previous handling charges to avoid repeating work. Stock custody and sales management have separate permissions.
Choosing your service
Can I buy listing-only and handle orders myself?
Yes. We hand over confirmed listing content and records; you handle subsequent sales, dispatch and aftercare. Any extra service is agreed and priced first.
My items are already listed. Can I buy follow-up only?
We can assess this. Share order progress, the account arrangement, stock and dispatch contacts, and any existing disputes. We agree the starting point and scope before taking over; earlier liabilities are not automatically assumed.
Does using your service guarantee a sale?
Listing and sales management cover execution, not guaranteed views, prices or sales timing. Items are assessed for suitability first.
